Job Description:
As a Laser Machine Technician, you will play a key role in supporting clients who own and operate our advanced SharpLight Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
· Your responsibilities will include the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic and laser systems integrated into our machinery.
· Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
· Repair or replace faulty components, including laser modules, circuit boards, power supplies, and electronic assemblies.
· Test equipment to ensure proper operation following repairs and installations.
· Document service work accurately and submit required reports.
· Collaborate with the Technical Support and Engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
· Provide professional, courteous customer support during onsite service visits.
· Travel to customer locations as required.
Must Haves:
· Electronics background is mandatory.
· Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment.
· Strong understanding of electronic circuits, power supplies, and diagnostic tools.
· Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Ability to lift and move equipment when required.
