The room
Polpette is our Italian room in Thornbury - pizza and pasta, made from scratch. We run year-round through two busy seasons, and we're hiring now so you're trained and confident before winter fills the room. It's a small enough kitchen that every cook on the line matters, and a busy enough one that you'll get good fast.
The job
You'll work a station through prep and service - following specs and portioning, keeping your mise tight, and putting out the same plate on the four hundredth cover as the first. You'll hold food safety and sanitation without being reminded, and step in wherever the line needs you.
If you've cooked before, there's a real path here - we promote from within and we're opening rooms. If you haven't, we'll teach you, and Polpette is a good place to learn because the menu is disciplined and the standards are written down.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
