The Role
We are looking for a motivated and technical-minded Technical Sales Associate to join our team in Mississauga, ON. This role is a critical part of our operations, combining high-level technical consulting with essential warehouse fulfillment. You won't just be "selling"—you will be advising professional cleaners on the mechanical and chemical setups required to get the job done safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Technical Consultation: Assessing client source-water data (TDS levels) to recommend and configure the appropriate pure water filtration systems (DI and Multi-stage RO/DI).
- Surface & Chemical Advising: Recommending specific detergents and surfactants based on substrate compatibility (glass, metal, vinyl) to ensure building safety and product performance.
- System Support: Troubleshooting performance issues in filtration units, monitoring membrane rejection rates, and configuring modular high-reach delivery systems.
- Technical Sales & Quoting: Developing detailed proposals that integrate hardware configurations with necessary chemical consumables.
- Warehouse Fulfillment: Overseeing the picking, packing, and shipping of technical equipment and maintaining organized inventory for the Ontario region.
What We Need From You
- Technical Aptitude: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to understand mechanical filtration and chemical application.
- Experience: One(1) year of technical sales or industrial equipment experience is strongly preferred.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex product specifications into actionable advice for customers.
- Physicality: Ability to lift 50lbs and manage warehouse logistics in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety Mindset: Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and a commitment to providing accurate, safe advice to clients.
