Marketing Manager Opportunity with Automotive Retail Group – Edmonton
A privately owned, growth-oriented automotive retail group is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple high-volume locations. This is a hands-on, strategic role for a marketing professional who thrives on autonomy and driving measurable impact, reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
The Role
You will play a central role in shaping and executing the group’s marketing initiatives. This position requires a results-oriented professional who can meet defined benchmarks, generate regular reports and metrics, and clearly communicate insights to leadership. You will develop, implement, and optimize campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and revenue while strengthening brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital performance campaigns (Paid Search, Meta, Display, Video)
- Manage CRM programs, email campaigns, and database growth initiatives
- Optimize inventory-driven campaigns to maximize ROI
- Oversee SEO and local search performance
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute high-quality campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics against defined benchmarks
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to the Marketing Director and executive leadership
- Maintain brand consistency and enhance reputation across all channels
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in performance-driven marketing (automotive or high-volume retail preferred)
- Proven success in executing multi-channel campaigns and driving measurable business results
- Strong analytical skills and financial literacy — understands ROI, cost per lead, and attribution
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present metrics clearly to leadership
