About the Role
Reporting to the Retail and National Sales Manager, you'll be the engine behind our sales team — streamlining proposals, contracts, campaign setup, and reporting so our reps can focus on selling. The role is approximately 85% Sales Support and 15% Marketing.
What you'll do:
- Prepare proposal materials, facility inventories, and campaign mapping for retail, agency, and corporate clients
- Create advertising mock-ups and support the mock-up program
- Prepare and enhance client-facing contracts and sales documentation
- Develop Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports for seamless handoffs to operations
- Maintain advertising inventory databases and review/approve client artwork
- Manage sales opportunities and account data in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Prepare bi-weekly sales meeting presentations (pipeline, performance, goal tracking)
- Produce professional campaign recap reports for clients
- Support marketing activities including website updates (WordPress), social media, and email campaigns (Mailchimp)
What We're Looking For
- Degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of Sales Admin/Marketing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft platforms (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Proficient in design platforms (Canva, CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Familiarity with social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and analytics tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Valid Driver's License required
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM an asset
