As URstore’s Digital Marketing Coordinator, U’ll report directly to the founder and will be responsible for a variety of functions that are uniquely intertwined due to the nature of our digital business platform. You'll gladly multi-task and have experience in at least 3 of the digital marketing functions listed ; Retention marketing (creative campaigns via Mail Chimp), social engagement, prospecting new customers, content creation.
You’ll bring creativity and a ‘can do attitude’ to various marketing tasks that drive business development leads and ultimately help achieve sales targets. If UR collaborative, detail-orientated, hard-working, solution-focused, accountable and constantly curious, we might be the right team for you.
Although this is an entry level position, we are looking for a self starter with entrepreneurial spirit whom wishes to grow with the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retention Marketing;
- Create (Canva or like software) & execute retention marketing campaigns (on Mail Chimp) to existing data bases.
- Utilize analytic to assess campaign & optimize performance.
Direct prospecting (email campaigns);
- Plan & execute digital marketing campaigns to drive B2B lead generation.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine tactics and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze & measure results.
Social engagement & Website content;
- Create & execute social posts to educate about our company brand & competitive advantages.
- Analyze and measure results.
Marketing planning & strategy;
- Help brainstorm & develop strategies & objectives to achieve the company sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Misc. other;
- Website updates
- Create & update website content in alignment with the key words & SEO best practices.
KEY SKILL & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Retention marketing - experience in one of the common mail sender platforms + A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other techniques to continuously improve performance..
- B2B Lead Generation: generate B2B leads via direct prospecting best practices.
- Social: understanding of social best practices to educate & brand build.
- SEO: basic knowledge of SEO best practices including the use of titles, meta tags, & backlinks.
- Analytical Skills: detail oriented & proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Certifications (nice to have): relevant certifications such as SEMrush, Moz, HubSpot, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Certification, Google analytics, Mail Chimp etc.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software skills
- Knowledge of the custom clothing or e-commerce industry (preferred but not required).
