Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and strengthen both external and internal customer relationships.
- Provide prompt, accurate service to customers while making a sale, quoting, taking orders and checking availability.
- Process orders from walk in customers, over the phone and via e-mail.
- Assist the customer by providing the correct product in a timely manner.
- Clearly communicate product features and benefits, related items, specials and new products.
- Locate and acquire products as required from stock, other locations and vendors.
- Participate in annual inventory count.
Qualifications:
- Previous heavy duty parts experience is an asset.
- Be organized and self motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Team player who works well with others
