Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and technical specifications
- Engage in upselling by recommending additional products or accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising tasks as needed
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining quality service
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in technology or electronics is advantageous
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos enhances effectiveness in the role
- Bilingual skills (English plus additional languages) are preferred to serve diverse customer bases
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions is desirable
- Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management are essential for success
- Customer service background with a focus on building rapport and understanding customer needs is highly valued
