Duties
- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work progresses according to schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project milestones
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate smooth execution
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam to plan, track, and document project progress
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs and assisting in construction estimating processes
- Oversee safety protocols on-site, enforce safety policies, and conduct regular site inspections for hazard identification
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction processes and workflows
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Solid knowledge of budgeting practices and construction estimating techniques
- Experience with quality control procedures and safety regulations in a construction environment
- Skilled in blueprint reading and schematic analysis to guide on-site activities effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams confidently while fostering collaboration
