Job Summary
Bourgault Industries is looking for Production Labourers to join our manufacturing team in Vonda, SK. As part of this role, you will be working on the Highline Manufacturing product line, contributing to the production of high-quality agricultural equipment. Responsibilities
We are looking for production team members for our Assembly, Front End and Paint areas. Responsibilities of these jobs include but are not limited to:
- Following detailed procedures in the designated department.
- Operating front end equipment including CNC and manual machines.
- Blasting, coating, hanging and packaging parts.
- Assemble products coming into assembly areas from internal and external suppliers.
Academic/Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- On the job training provided.
Required Skills/Experience
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use power tools and read blueprints is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work a 2-week rotating shift.
- Able to perform physical work.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Willingness to learn!

Wage Range
$21.50-$35.00 – Starting wage is dependent on experience.
