At Fiddleheads, we're your trusted source for supplements, natural health and beauty products, health foods, and fresh smoothie bar offerings — and for over 25 years we've helped the Kitchener–Waterloo–Cambridge community make informed choices in their quest for a healthier lifestyle. We take pride in selection, service, and quality, and we build lasting relationships with our customers. We're hiring Floor Staff at our Bruce Street store in Kitchener.

- Receive and put away deliveries; keep the backroom organized
- Ring through sales at the register (POS training provided)
- Help with pricing, labels, and merchandising
- Grow your product knowledge through supplier webinars, trainings, and education sessions
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and safe
What we're looking for
- Retail or grocery experience is an asset — attitude matters more, and we'll train
- A genuine interest in natural health and wellness
- Outgoing, with strong communication skills; education or experience in natural health or nutrition is an asset (not required)
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Comfortable on your feet for a full shift; able to lift up to 50 lbs on receiving days
- Availability that includes some evenings and weekends
What we offer
- $17.60–$18.50 per hour, based on experience
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Staff discount on in-store purchases
- Paid training and real room to grow — we promote from within
- A supportive, health-focused team environment
