Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role is essential for maintaining smooth daily functions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, proficiency with office software, and experience in customer support environments, including marketing/ social media
Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and general administrative tasks to support office operations
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial recordkeeping as needed
- Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries and supporting client needs
- Coordinate appointments, manage calendars, and organize meetings efficiently
- Support clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Support the smooth operation for the restraint. such as support customer service.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping skills
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred, especially in medical or dental offices
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette for handling front desk duties and customer inquiries
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously
- Strong typing speed with proofreading abilities to ensure error-free documents
- Good computer skills with familiarity in filing systems and document management software
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
