We’re Hiring: Experienced Dental Receptionist
Komal Jain Dentistry is looking for a dental receptionist with a minimum 3 year of Canadian dental clinic experience to join our team.
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Minimum 3 year Canadian dental receptionist experience
- Proficient in dental software (must)
- Strong experience in outreach calls, booking patients, and handling leads
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and managing patient inquiries
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Outreach to existing patients and new leads
- Insurance verification and billing coordination
- Managing patient records and front desk operations
- General administrative and clinic support duties

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
