Overview
We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade. This position required candidate have 2 to 4 years experience in the electrical field.. The ideal candidate must be motivated, punctual and have means of transportation. mid-rise and high-rise electrical experience is also preferred.
Duties
- Assist and perform electrical rough-ins including pulling cable, install conduit, making connections
- Install electrical equipment such as panels, breakers, transformers and make all necessary connections/terminations
- Install electrical devices such as plugs, switches, smoke detectors and light fixtures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency during projects
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures on-site to promote a safe working environment
- Basic understanding of electrical systems or construction experience preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints, and low voltage wiring is a plus
- Strong desire to learn and develop skills as an electrician
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Prior construction or electrical experience is advantageous but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings

Pay: $23.50-$38.00 per hour
