We are a residential landscape construction design/build firm seeking a creative and experienced landscape designer to work with.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years professional experience in producing landscape drawings for residential homes using Dynascape software
- A portfolio with sample work of 2D residential landscape designs
- Ability to take provided site plan, site photos, customer preferences and produce a scaled 2D master plan with materials, theme palette and dimensions all in one document
- Familiarity/knowledge of various hardscape products from major suppliers (Techo-Bloc, Permacon, Unilock, BWS)
- Familiarity/knowledge of plant types and planting suitability for Toronto area
- Ability to work independently on a time sensitive schedule and meet deadlines with prompt communication
- Have own Dynascape license/software for producing plans
- Ability to produce scaled 2D CAD drawings
- Ability to produce 3D renderings considered an asset
