Job Description:
1. Provide Social Media/Administrative support to a Busy Real Estate Team working with REMAX BRAND. You will be responsible for office administration and Create marketing Ideas for, USING CHATGPT PLUS OR PRO VERSION, CLAUDE, MANOS, LOVABLE, FACEBOOK, HANDELING AND MANAGING OF INSTAGRAM ACCOUNTS, META & ADS MANAGER, EMAIL AND WHATSAPP CAMAPAIGNS, FOLLOW UP BOSS LEADS From social posts and post the product. KNOWLEDGE OF AGENT LOCATOR & KVCORE would be an advantage.
2. NO DESIGNING OR ART WORK REQUIRED ONLY POST AND SHARE.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Working knowledge of TREB, Web Forms and real estate databases (such as REALM, Skyslope, Docusign, Authentisign, Agent Locator, KVCORE or Top Producer) would be an asset.
· Strong passion for and understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices on replying to clients. KNOWLEDGE OF any ETHENIC LANGUAGES WOULD BE AN ASSET.
· G-class drivers license OR able to commute on a timely manner

Pay: $20 TO $25 PER HOUR. or
Per Deal Bonus or upto 25% Profit Sharing BASED ON PERFORMANCE.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
