Lead serving position in upscale casual restaurant, overseeing lunch and/or dinner service and support staff. All the hosting and serving requirements to provide an elevated casual dining experience in an intimate environment . Development and making of cocktails, inventory and payment processing control. Managing capacity and reservations for service. Leading guest services, opening and closing duties.
