Job Description
The Kerrobert Golf Course is seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Seasonal Clubhouse Manager and Clubhouse Staff for the upcoming golf season. These positions are responsible for the daily operation of the clubhouse, food and beverage service, staff supervision, and providing a welcoming experience for members and guests.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Ordering and maintaining inventory of food, liquor, and clubhouse supplies at the beginning of the season and throughout
Maintaining the overall quality, cleanliness, and organization of the clubhouse
Managing golf cart rentals and membership sales
Preparing and serving food and beverages
Cooking meals for clubhouse guests, tournaments, Men’s Night, and Ladies’ Night (cooking ability is an asset)
Handling cash, payments, and deposits responsibly
Managing staff scheduling and supervision
Ensuring all health, safety, and sanitation protocols are followed
Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues as they arise
Qualifications
Valid Safe Food Handling and Serve It Right certifications (required)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Experience in food service, hospitality, or clubhouse management is an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
