Job Description
Greenway Window & Door is a growing company specializing in residential window and door installation, while also completing a variety of renovation and general contracting projects throughout Renfrew County. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team.
The successful candidate will work on a variety of residential construction projects including window and door installations, roofing, siding, drywall, flooring, trim carpentry, and general renovations.
Responsibilities
- Install windows and exterior doors
- Assist with roofing and siding projects
- Perform drywall installation and finishing
- Install flooring, trim, and interior finishing materials
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Follow company safety procedures and Ontario building practices
Requirements
- Construction experience preferred (1+ years considered an asset)
- Experience with windows and doors is an asset but not required
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Overtime available
