We're looking for an experienced Overhead Crane Technician or Industrial Electrician who's ready to transition from the field into a rewarding Technical Trainer role. If you enjoy mentoring others, solving technical challenges, and sharing your expertise, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Deliver classroom and hands-on technical training
- Teach crane electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting fundamentals
- Develop and improve training materials
- Evaluate technician performance and provide coaching
- Support field technicians with technical guidance
- Deliver training to both internal teams and customers
- Some travel within Canada and internationally
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of overhead crane service experience
- Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
