Accounting Manager (On-site)
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations across our Canada and U.S. steel door manufacturing and distribution entities.
Responsible for:
- Oversight of AR, AP, cost accounting, and intercompany transactions.
- Other accounting tasks including fixed assets, bank reconciliations, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Completion of month-end close and tax filing processes
- Manage, coach, and train direct reports to ensure a high-performance accounting team.
- Other duties as required.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in comparable role
- CPA, CGA, CMA, CA or equivalent university business degree preferred.
- Reliable, trustworthy, organized, and able to work with various teams in different locations.
