Luxury Mountain Vacation Rentals (LMVR) is hiring Experienced Seasonal Housekeepers for the 2026/2027 winter season at Big White Ski Resort, BC.
This is a seasonal winter role cleaning and preparing private condos, chalets, and luxury mountain homes for arriving guests. We are looking for reliable, detail-focused candidates with 2+ years of housekeeping experience who take pride in their work and want to spend the winter season living and working in a mountain resort environment.

Position Summary
We are hiring an Experienced Seasonal Housekeeper to join our winter operations team at Big White Ski Resort.
This role involves cleaning and preparing private vacation rental properties for arriving guests and owners. You will work across condos, chalets, and luxury mountain homes, ensuring each property is clean, organized, stocked, and presented to LMVR's high standards.
This is a physically active role that requires reliability, attention to detail, pride in your work, and the ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced resort environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Clean and prepare private condos, chalets, and luxury homes for guest arrivals
- Make beds, replace and fold linens and towels, remove garbage, and restock supplies
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, entryways, and common spaces to a high standard
- Follow LMVR housekeeping standards and supervisor direction
- Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or supply shortages promptly
- Assist with reasonable guest or team requests as needed
- Keep work areas, equipment, and supplies organized and well-maintained
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, vacation rental, or similar professional cleaning environment
- Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and a strong team player
- Physically able to bend, lift, carry, stand, and walk for the majority of the workday
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet cleaning standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced winter resort environment
- Professional, respectful, and guest-focused at all times
- Suitable winter outdoor footwear and indoor work shoes required
Experience in luxury, high-end, or detail-focused guest accommodation is a strong asset.
Work Eligibility
Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada for the full winter season.
LMVR does not sponsor work visas. Proof of work authorization may be requested during the hiring process.
Important Seasonal Information
This is a seasonal winter position running from November 2026 to April 2027. There is no work or staff accommodation available outside of the winter operating season.
Please carefully consider whether you are prepared to relocate to Big White Ski Resort for a full seasonal contract and live in a mountain resort environment for the duration of the season.
Hours vary throughout the season based on bookings and business needs.
