RJames Western Star (a division of RJames Management Group Ltd.) offers sales, maintenance and repair of heavy trucks and semi-trucks. We are seeking a Class 1 Truck Driver to join our team on a casual basis with the future possibility of full-time at our Kamloops shop.
This position could include bob tailing, pulling a 53' trailer or Landoll trailer.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Class 1 with Air Brakes (minimum 2 years experience)
- Physically capable to carry out job requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Assist with loading and unloading freight
- The ability to push/pull heavy pallets of freight
- Experience with bulk liquid dispense (Preferred)
- Experience chaining or strapping loads to flatdeck trailer (Preferred)
- Mountain and winter driving including chain-up experience
- Clean commercial drivers abstract
- Some overnight travel will be required
- Able to pass courses required at some customer sites for access
- Reliable references required
Experience:
Truck driving: 2 years (minimum)
Licence/Certification:
Class 1 Licence with Air Brakes
