KidsVIP Exclusive Ride-On Cars Dealership and Service Centre is seeking a full time warehouse
Position: Warehouse assistance with technical skiils
The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:
1. Loading, unloading and moving products and materials by hand or by using equipment
2. Counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking products of various sizes to make sure
shipments are safe
3. Keeping the area safe and ensuring the safety of other warehouse workers
4. Working with others within the warehouse and managers to make sure daily procedures are
done
5. Take customer calls and provide support for their inquiries
6. Offer assistance to clients who may be having issues and pass them on to the correct
departments, as needed
7. Offer virtual technical support to clients via telephone or video calling
8. Work with colleagues to provide better customer service across the organization
9. Be knowledgeable on all products, specifications and product assembling processes
10. Perform product assemblies, modifications, repairs and maintenance
11. Performing various administrative duties, such as preparing inventory and expense reports, and
conducting post-sale followups with the customers
12. Managing inventory by keeping records of available products
13. Ensuring that customers are fully satisfied with the services offered
14. Efficiently perform all duties unsupervised
Requirements
Fluent in English - Bilingual applicants are welcome
Class G Driving License - MUST
Successful applicants must be able-bodied and in good physical health with no limitations to motor or cognitive functioning - Must be able to lift a carrying weight of at least 60Lbs.
