The Opportunity: BMC Pharmacy is an established, specialized community pharmacy group in Southwestern Ontario. We have evolved our practice far beyond traditional retail dispensing, operating as a clinical hub that focuses on addiction medicine, specialty treatments, minor ailments, and collaborative primary care.
We are currently looking for a strong, clinically confident Pharmacist to join our core team. This role requires flexibility to cover 4 to 5 days a week split between our Sarnia and Chatham locations.
As our practice continues to rapidly grow and expand its clinical footprint, this role offers the right candidate the opportunity to step into a key clinical leadership position, helping us scale our specialty services and manage our growing patient base.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing clinical care, dispensing services, and oversight within our pharmacy locations.
- Practicing at full scope: conducting minor ailment assessments, medication reviews (MedsChecks), and administering injections.
- Supporting our specialized addiction and withdrawal management programs (experience with Methadone/Suboxone/Sublocade is a major asset).
- Collaborating closely with our interdisciplinary partners, including integrated NP-led clinics.
- Stepping into a key clinical role where your input directly shapes patient care and the rollout of new expanded services.
What We Are Looking For:
- A pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (Part A).
- Willingness to travel between our Sarnia and Chatham sites as scheduled.
- Proficiency with Kroll pharmacy software.
- Strong clinical confidence—you are comfortable stepping out from behind the counter to interact with patients and prescribers.
- A compassionate, judgment-free mindset, particularly when working with vulnerable populations and addictions medicine.
