At Kniaziew Optometry, we believe great eye care starts with great people. As a Patient Support Associate, you’ll be one of the first faces our patients see and an important part of making their experience with us exceptional from the moment they walk through the door.
This is a full-time position based primarily at our Windsor clinic, with occasional shifts at our Tecumseh location when needed. Reliable transportation is a must.
What you’ll do
You’ll help keep our clinic running smoothly while making sure our patients feel welcomed, supported and taken care of. Your day may include:
- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Scheduling appointments and helping patients navigate their visits
- Supporting our optometrists and clinic team
- Handling administrative tasks and patient information
- Learning and using our systems and processes
- Helping wherever needed to keep the clinic moving
- Creating a positive experience that makes patients want to come back
Who we’re looking for

No eye care experience? That’s okay.
You do not need previous experience in optometry or healthcare. It’s an asset, but we can teach you the technical side of the job.
There is a learning curve with things like optometry processes and OHIP codes, so we are looking for someone who is curious, learns quickly and wants to get better every day.
