LOCATION: Centennial Kia, Summerside, Prince Edward Island.
HOURS: Full time, 40-45 hours per week, Monday - Saturdays.
WAGES: Commission based: $45,000 - $70,000 per year + Demo Vehicle & benefits (negotiable based on experience).

Computer literacy for managing sales tracking, documentation, and customer information.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for test drives and customer assistance.
Previous sales experience (preferred but not required); we value the right attitude and willingness to grow.
MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Relationship:
Build strong connections with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing personalized solutions.
Maintain follow-up communication to ensure satisfaction throughout their ownership experience.
Vehicle Demonstration & Product Delivery:
Showcase features and benefits of new and pre-owned vehicles, guiding customers to the perfect match.
Ensure a smooth, informative delivery process that highlights vehicle operating features.
Sales Process:
Present offers and financing options effectively, ensuring clarity and customer understanding.
Complete accurate documentation and follow dealership policies for a seamless sales experience.
Online Engagement & Dealership Standards:
Actively manage and respond to leads in a timely and professional manner.
Promote both personal brand and dealership presence through approved online and social media platforms to generate new business.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized vehicle lot and showroom, ensuring vehicles are properly displayed and presentation- ready,
Continuous Learning and Team Collaboration:
Stay updated on automotive products, technologies, and sales techniques through ongoing training.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve dealership goals and deliver exceptional service.
