Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and contribute to our growth. What you will do
- Supervise the shipping and order picking team;
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory, maintenance);
- Optimize storage space;
- Implement and enforce safety and productivity procedures;
- Assist with physical tasks as needed: order picking, handling, loading/unloading;
- Train new employees and ensure smooth team functioning;
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service, finance);
- Use warehouse management software and generate reports;
- Perform other related duties as needed.
What we are looking for
- High school diploma required; training in logistics or management is an asset;
- 5 to 7 years of experience in warehouse supervision or team management;
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills;
- Physically fit (able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, etc.);
- Basic computer skills; experience with scanning systems is an asset;
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset;
- Forklift certification is an asset.
