Movement Sports Medicine and Physiotherapy is looking for a part-time Patient Experience Administrator to join our multidisciplinary medical team of Physiotherapists, RMT's and Sports Medicine doctors.
Customer service experience is required as we deeply prioritize creating a warm, welcoming environment for both patients and staff. Ability to effectively read & assess social interactions and respond appropriately is a highly valued skill.
Administration/management experience are an asset as applicants should also be able to handle multiple tasks/interactions in an efficient manner. As well as be able to troubleshoot/manage/improvise difficult/unique situations.
We are able to offer 12-20 hours a week. Candidates MUST BE AVAILABLE for the following shifts:
- Mon 12pm-8pm (7am-2pm occasionally available)
- Tues: 12pm-8pm (7am-2pm occasionally available)
- Weds: 12pm-8pm (7am-2pm occasionally available)
- Thurs: 12pm-8pm (7am-2pm occasionally available)
- Fri: 7:30am-4pm
- Sat: 8:30am-4pm

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing best possible experience to patients through comfortable conversation and great willingness to help both staff and patients as best as you can
- Ensuring daily operations run smoothly and patients receive best possible care by coordinating with patients, staff, and other medical centres.
- Managing practitioner schedules as efficiently as possible (knowledge of Jane and Accuro EMR are an asset)
- Coordinating with patients and staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly and patients receive best possible care
- Corresponding with other clinics and referring doctors via fax in accordance with CPSO privacy requirements
- Bookkeeping: Processing, and reconciling payments. Recording data
- Inventory management
- Participating in team meetings to discuss opportunities for professional growth
- Completing tasks in accordance within given deadlines

- Reliable; is considerate of workplace schedule and fellow admins
- Detail oriented & independent; capable of troubleshooting effectively and executing tasks without supervision
- Takes initiative: able to manage/complete tasks on their own & as a team
- Proficient in Google Workspace systems and/or Jane, & Accuro EMR
- Proficient multitasker capable of utilizing multiple operating systems at once white also handling client interactions
- Comfortable interacting with patients in a calm, and pleasant manner. Especially in high pressure or intense situations
- Open to feedback and working closely with Management to improve clinic operations and individual work performance
