Cochrane Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is hiring an Express Lane Advisor to join our service department.
This role runs our express lane — writing up quick-service customers, keeping them moving from check-in to delivery — plus answering service calls, booking appointments, and providing lunch coverage for our main advisors. Monday to Friday, 8-5, no weekends.
What you'll do:
- Write up and manage express lane ROs (oil changes, tire rotations, quick maintenance)
- Answer incoming service calls and book appointments
- Keep customers updated on their vehicle status
- Provide lunch relief coverage for service advisors
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive service experience an asset, not required
- Reliable, organized, and a team player
Pay & Perks:
