Overview
We are seeking a skilled AZ Truck Driver to join our transportation team. This position involves operating commercial trucks to safely and efficiently transport freight across various routes. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight delivery, possess a valid AZ license, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and reliability. Responsibilities
- Safely operate AZ licensed commercial trucks for local and regional freight deliveries
- Ensure all cargo is secured properly before transit
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to maintain safety standards
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams regarding delivery schedules and issues
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle readiness
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations
Qualifications
- Valid AZ Commercial Driver’s License with clean driving record , 2 year experience
- Experience in freight transportation, including handling heavy equipment operation .
- Knowledge of automotive repair or troubleshooting is a plus
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to commercial driving and freight handling
- Excellent communication skills and reliability in meeting delivery deadlines
- Physical ability to load, unload, and handle freight as required
- Clean CVOR and Abstract.
This role is vital for maintaining the smooth flow of our logistics operations, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and professionalism at every step.
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
