We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Griller to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook grilled items according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is cooked properly, maintaining quality and presentation
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Serve dishes promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service, preferably in a restaurant or kitchen setting
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to operate grill equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of meal preparation and food industry standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable
