Job Summary
The Renovation Project Associate works in conjunction with Project Management to complete renovation stages, execute planograms, set up displays and merchandise product. This role involves moving aisles, building displays and stocking shelves throughout the store during the renovation project.

Duties
- Complete renovation stages under the direction of the Project Managers, including removing/installing aisles, moving product, updating fixtures and more
- Execute merchandise based on corporate planograms
- Update and replace signage and secure heavy display items
- Ensure inventory accuracy
- Dispose garbage and cardboard
- Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
Requirements
- No experience is required!!! – We will provide all the training you need!
- Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching
- Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays)
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt and cope with challenging situations and make decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask
- Ability to be flexible to meet the needs of a multitude of tasks
- High school diploma (asset)
- Certification in forklift and/or skyjack (scissor lift) (asset)
More About The Position
- You must be able to work at 2560 Princess Street, Kingston, Ontario
- You must have open availability through the year (this position is not suited to student schedules)
- Work hours: 25-40 per week, can include daytime, evening, weekends and/or holidays (hours may extend during busy periods)
