Job Summary
We are a growing mechanical shop looking for a sharp HVAC Estimator & Technical Sales specialist to help us bring in more commercial work. We don’t need you to manage a team or coordinate projects. Your entire focus will be finding the work, reading the plans, pricing it out right, and closing the deal.
What You’ll Do
- Bring in new commercial HVAC and mechanical jobs.
- Read mechanical plans and prepare accurate estimates and takeoffs.
- Do site visits to check existing conditions before finalizing prices.
- Put together proposals, quotes, and invoices.
- Deal directly with clients to win the job.
What You Need
- Canadian Permanent Resident or Citizen (This is a mandatory requirement under our BCPNP program).
- Real experience in commercial HVAC estimating or technical sales.
- Ability to actually read and understand mechanical blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license for site visits.
Compensation
- $35.00 - $40.00 per hour base pay.
- Commission on every job you win. We start at a fixed percentage, and it goes up over time based on your performance and how long you're with us.
