The Armour Group Limited is seeking a Vice President of Leasing to join our team.
As the Vice President of Leasing, you will provide strategic leadership for Armour Group’s leasing portfolio, spanning commercial, office, retail, and food and beverage properties. In this executive role, you will lead complex lease negotiations, guide leasing operations, and foster strong relationships with brokers, tenants, and internal partners to drive portfolio performance and long-term growth.
You are a seasoned commercial real estate leader with a strong track record of delivering results, leading teams, and navigating sophisticated leasing environments. You bring sound market insight, strong business judgment, and a collaborative approach that enables you to identify opportunities, build lasting relationships, and contribute meaningfully to broader development objectives.
As the VP of Leasing, you will get to:
- Oversee the on-going work of internal leasing managers, third party leasing managers and extensive and direct leasing for all commercial, office, retail and food & beverage properties.
- Facilitate the strategic and larger lease deals and negotiations.
- Lead a team of leasing and administrative staff assigned.
- Liaise with and develop working relationships with commercial brokers and help develop lead generation, information flow.
- Oversee data base of leads, lease expirations and prospects for future years and have competitive knowledge on other buildings and opportunities.
- Manage the maintenance of all leases, review the offers being presented by other leasing managers, oversee the insurance records.
- Collaborating with the construction and development team to insure proper “hand-off” of all tenants from lease execution to final acceptance of premises.
Your qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management.
- 5-10 years of sales experience, with a focus in business-to-business sales including commercial and executive level sales
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising, mentoring, and directing teams.
- Exceptional communication, and relationship-building skills with a collaborative, results-oriented approach.
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
