About the Role
- As Corporate Paralegal Team Lead, you will balance hands-on corporate paralegal work with leadership responsibilities. You will manage workflow distribution, mentor team members, and drive operational excellence across the paralegal function. Working closely with the firm's business law practitioners, you'll handle corporate transactions ranging from incorporations and reorganizations to M&A support and due diligence. This dual-function role includes a reduced billable target to accommodate your leadership duties. While the firm supports flexible work arrangements, regular in-office presence is required.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Expert knowledge of BC *Business Corporations Act*, *Societies Act*, *Partnership Act*, *Canada Business Corporations Act*, and *Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act.*
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, legal software (ALF, PCLaw, NetDocs), and online registry systems.
- Paralegal diploma or certificate preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, delegate, and manage performance.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and workflow management.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Outstanding attention to detail and quality control standards.
- Technology-forward approach with enthusiasm for automation and innovation.
