About the Role
The Restaurant Supervisor plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service flow, product quality, and team performance. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for guiding staff, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting continuous improvement throughout the venue.
What You’ll Do
· Lead daily operations across pizza, bar, line, ice cream, Treat Factory, bar cart, and food display areas
· Support pre-shifts, daily game plans, and labour positioning to maximize efficiency and service standards
· Provide coaching, training, and ongoing performance feedback to team members
· Maintain food safety, sanitation, temperature logs, and health regulations compliance
· Manage cash handling, daily reconciliations, discount tracking, and administrative records
· Complete liquor inventory counts twice daily and analyze usage vs sales trends
· Maintain cooler organization and communicate product concerns proactively
· Report maintenance issues through internal systems and support shipping/receiving needs
· Act as a guest service leader, resolving concerns with professionalism and hospitality
· Approve and verify timesheets twice daily to support accurate labour forecasting and control
· Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
· 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or QSR leadership (supervisor/shift lead preferred)
· Strong communication, coaching and conflict-resolution skills
· Experience with POS and cash handling procedures
· Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of food safety standards
· Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays & event shifts
· Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Certifications
· Valid Food Handler Certificate
· Valid Smart Serve Certification
