Pay Range: $70,095 - $88,456

This role is eligible for hybrid work - this means you'll have the flexibility of working from home and in the office, on a scheduled rotation once training requirements have been met. Until then, the successful incumbent will be expected to work on-site, full-time.

We are looking for an Adjuster II (Property) to join our team in Winnipeg.
We hope you consider applying if you:
- Have strong customer service skills demonstrated through active strong listening and empathy.
- Are adept at negotiation and critical thinking.

Typically, these skills are gained through a two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Business or defined equivalency and three to five years of experience comprised of at least two years property adjusting and one year insurance related experience. Don’t worry about checking every box and leave the screening to us.
