Towers Realty Group, on behalf of River Parke Condominiums, is looking for customer service focused individuals to join their team for the position of Door Personnel on a Part-Time or Casual basis.
River Parke Condominiums is a high-rise condominium located on Wellington Crescent that is looking to expand their Door Personnel team. As a Door Personnel, you will be the face of the building. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who pride themselves on their customer service abilities, who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the needs of our residents and their guests are met, and who strive to make positive long-term impressions within their workplace.
As a Door Personnel, you will be responsible for the following:
- Greet and assist all residents, visitors, and contractors upon arrival.
- Provide exceptional customer service and display a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain accurate logs of visitors and contractors.
- Assist residents with unloading their vehicles (groceries, shopping, etc.). Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance for security purposes.
- Ensure only authorized individuals are provided entry to the building. All visitors, contractors and couriers must be approved for entry by the Unit Owner they are requesting to see.
- Accept and report deliveries.
- Answer and make phone calls to residents.
- Maintain shift notes in the Door Personnel logbook.
- Report any hazards or potential hazards to the Site Superintendent.
- Light cleaning duties as required.
- Light snow shoveling duties as required.
- Other duties as required.
Door Personnel shifts are 8 hours in length which include morning, evening, and overnight shifts, seven days a week.
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Overnight Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00AM
Door Personnel are paid $19.25 per hour and are eligible for an annual Holiday Bonus based on performance and hours worked. A uniform is required for this position and must be purchased by the successful applicant prior to their start date. Upon completion of the 90-day probation period, the successful applicant can submit their receipt for their uniform for full reimbursement. Dry cleaning expenses for staff uniforms are eligible for reimbursement.
Priority will be given to candidates who are able to commit to long-term coverage of the overnight shift on Saturdays and Sundays. Part Time and Casual positions do not have a guaranteed minimum hours per week.
