Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Assist clients with hair styling, consultations, and product recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas
- Upsell retail products and promote services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, check-ins, and payment processing
- Ensure client comfort and address any concerns promptly to foster a positive experience
- Keep the work environment organized and stocked with necessary supplies
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Experience or interest in hair styling and beauty services is preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures relevant to salon or retail environments
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining genuine client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
