Duties
- Prepare and assemble a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards

- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and plating dishes
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas
- Follow food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health department standards
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with meal assembly and service
- Manage inventory levels for ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or issues
Skills
- Experience in food service, restaurant operations, or the food industry preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
- Ability to prepare meals efficiently while maintaining quality standards
