The Opportunity: This role is ideal for a Respiratory Therapist who enjoys connecting with people and building strong relationships within the healthcare community. You’ll work directly with physicians, clinics, and referral partners to increase awareness of RDG’s services, strengthen referral relationships, and help connect more patients with respiratory care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and other referral partners.
- Promote RDG’s respiratory, pulmonary function, sleep, CPAP, and related services.
- Coordinate clinic visits, educational lunches, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Provide clinics with approved referral and educational materials.
- Gather feedback and support questions related to RDG services and referral processes.
- Track marketing activities, follow-ups, mileage, expenses, and referral activity.
- Provide weekly activity updates and participate in marketing meetings.
- Represent RDG using approved messaging, branding, and marketing materials.
- Other duties as required.
What You’ll Need
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence connecting with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- An engaging and professional approach to presentations and outreach.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships and priorities.
- Ability to travel within Edmonton and occasionally throughout Alberta
