Fluey Trading Inc. is a growing food distribution company serving retail, foodservice, institutional, and commercial customers across Manitoba. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail, foodservice, institutional, and commercial clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow sales across Manitoba.
- Manage existing customer accounts and provide professional, solution-focused support.
- Lead sales initiatives, prepare proposals, and participate in customer negotiations.
- Work with clients on customized sales solutions, including project-based and contract opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates for management.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Represent Fluey Trading professionally and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food distribution, wholesale, grocery, or related industry.
- Proven ability to develop new accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Experience managing customer relationships and strategic accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
- Mandarin language skills are considered an asset due to our diverse customer base.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Manitoba as required.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with strong time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
