Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery on the production line to ensure smooth workflow
- Assemble products according to specified standards and procedures
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately
- Assist with packaging finished goods for shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong focus on safety procedures and quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for measurements and counting
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
