At Danby, we’re passionate about creating innovative appliance solutions that improve everyday living. We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Regional Account Manager to grow our presence across British Columbia.
In this high-impact role, you will expand our retail footprint, win new business, and grow key regional accounts, while building lasting partnerships. This is an opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of their region with strong support behind them.
What You’ll Do
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across assigned retail accounts
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability
- Prospect and secure new retail partners, from outreach through to negotiation and onboarding
- Present compelling value propositions and win new business opportunities
- Manage account plans, budgets, and sales forecasts to meet or exceed targets
- Analyze POS data and performance metrics to drive strategy and results
- Lead regular business reviews, addressing areas such as sales performance, inventory, promotions, and profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and account strategies
- Represent Danby at trade shows and customer visits across the region
What You Bring
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably within retail or consumer goods
- Proven success in growing accounts and developing new business
- Strong relationship-building skills, with experience engaging at multiple levels, including executives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data to drive decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Netsuite or ERP experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
