Are you a skilled and reliable handyman with experience in construction and renovation? My Legal Basement Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Construction Handyman to join our team.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- VALID DRIVING LICENSE & CAR IS MUST.
- Minimum experience of 3-5 Years
- Assist in basement renovations and conversions, including framing, drywall, and finishing tasks such as installation of vanity, shower glass, mirror, faucets, vents etc.
- Perform general construction work, repairs, and maintenance as needed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or handyman services.
- Proficiency in using construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are must.
