The Role
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing promotions, events, advertising initiatives, and customer service programs. You will work closely with various departments to create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the overall success of the casino.
What You'll Do

Coordinate advertising initiatives, including media placements, design coordination, and campaign implementation.

Plan and execute casino promotions, special events, and on-site activations.

Utilize the Public Address (PA) system and MIC to communicate promotions and events to guests and team members.

Assist with training, supervising, and supporting Customer Service staff.

Prepare reports and evaluations of marketing programs, promotions, and initiatives.

Collaborate with Customer Service and other departments to coordinate and execute promotions, events, and guest services.

Manage reporting and administration related to the Casino loyalty programs.

Promote all Century Casino services, events, and amenities to guests and patrons.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience

High School Diploma required.
-
One (1) year or more of recent and related marketing experience.

Experience in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, or event marketing is considered an asset.
Skills & Abilities

Strong ability to create and edit marketing materials and social media content using a variety of software programs and online tools including Abobe, Canva, Hootsuite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.

Comfortable presenting information and responding to questions from managers, customers, and the public.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and other marketing-related software.
