Position Summary
Sybex is seeking a highly connected Sales Consultant to accelerate business development by identifying, qualifying, and securing enterprise opportunities across key technology sectors.
The consultant will help expand Sybex's customer base by developing relationships with decision-makers at System Integrators, OEMs, Data Center Operators, MSPs, Telecom providers, Cloud providers, and Enterprise organizations.
This is a results-oriented consulting role with performance-based incentives.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure services
- Experience selling field services, managed services, or infrastructure support
- Proven ability to develop enterprise accounts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
Preferred Experience
Experience working with or selling to:
- Global System Integrators
- Hardware OEMs
- Data Center Operators
- Managed Service Providers
- Telecom Providers
- Cloud Providers
An existing network of enterprise IT decision-makers is highly desirable.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
During the first 6 months, the consultant will be expected to:
- Identify 200 qualified target accounts
- Conduct 100 discovery meetings
- Generate 30 qualified sales opportunities
- Support 10–15 vendor registrations
- Deliver 10 customer proposals
- Help build a qualified sales pipeline of CAD $5–10 million
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
