We are looking for a motivated and reliable Installation Helper to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
As a Window & Door Installation Helper, you’ll work alongside our experienced installers and support with the preparation, installation, and finishing of residential and commercial window and door projects. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic. Experience is an asset but not required—training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead installers with the installation of windows and doors
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on site
- Prepare job sites by removing old products and ensuring proper setup
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials under supervision
- Help ensure installations meet safety, quality, and building standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or installation experience is an asset, but not required
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Physically able to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 80 lbs)
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
