Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas to ensure proper paint adhesion.
- Mix paints, stains, and coatings accurately using basic math skills to achieve desired colors and finishes.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other equipment with precision and
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for surface preparation and finishing tasks.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling chemicals, paints, and equipment to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members in assembly or machining processes to ensure seamless integration of painted components.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of waste materials in accordance with Proficiency
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations related to mixing paints and measuring surfaces.
- Familiarity with machining processes and assembly techniques relevant to product finishing.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and working at heights if applicable.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality finished products.
